Shadow & Half – by Joy Factory — a clever visual game for developing perception and concentration! The game contains 102 high-quality cards, split into two different types of challenge.

Type 1: the "half" cards

• Each picture is cut in two, with each half on a separate card.
• The child assembles the two cards to form the complete picture.
• On the back of the cards are the letters spelling the picture's name, so the child can build the word once the picture is complete.

These cards develop visual analysis, part matching and sensory-motor discrimination, and reinforce the link between image and word. Available themes: vegetables, means of transport.

Type 2: the "shadow" cards

• Each item (animal, fruit, everyday object) has a realistic photo card and a shadow (silhouette) card.
• The child matches the picture to its correct shadow.

These cards develop visual discrimination, concentration and attention to detail, and short-term visual memory. Available themes: animals, fruits, everyday objects.
